In a context of strong growth and global structuring, we are supporting a leading international healthcare company in the recruitment of its future Global Demand Planning Specialist.
At the heart of Supply Chain performance, you will play a key role in improving forecast accuracy and aligning market demand with operational capabilities and industrial constraints. Within an evolving supply chain organization, you will operate in a demanding, data-driven, and highly cross-functional international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supply Chain leadership, you will be responsible for demand planning across an international scope.
In this role, you will:
* Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and commercial inputs to build accurate and reliable forecasts
* Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts, integrating product launches, lifecycle management, and specific constraints
* Monitor forecast vs. actual performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
* Lead the demand side of the S&OP process in close collaboration with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams
* Contribute to trade-offs between service level, inventory management, and capacity constraints
* Anticipate risks related to stock-outs, overstock, or obsolescence and propose mitigation plans
* Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and performance indicators
* Support the implementation of new planning tools
Profile
* Master's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or demand analysis within an international environment
* Strong proficiency in planning and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, ERP systems, IBP, BI tools, Forecast Accuracy metrics, etc.)
* Fluent English is required (both written and spoken); an additional language is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge internal senior stakeholders
* Proactive, assertive, and pragmatic approach
Experience in a structured industrial environment or a fast-growing organization would be highly valued.

Compensation: Starting from €50,000 gross annual base salary + package
